#1:  Implement activities that support families to promote w positive & healthy lifestyles.

#2:  Provide technology/computer training programs to improve computer literacy.

#3:  Offer language courses to improve language skills and societal assimilation among residents.

#4:  Provide financial literacy courses to improve financial competency and management among residents.  

#5:  Develop community resource guides that are specific to the county and needs of low-income residents.

#6:  Administer the HHF Scholarship Fund to develope and empower new generations of the communities it serves to achieve their educational endevors.
